Getting Started with OpenCart Integration

Configuration:
  • Unzip the compressed EngageBay OpenCart plugin folder. Copy the files into root folder.
  • Login as admin and Go to Extensions->Extensions.
  • Choose Modules from Extension type.
  • Click on the Edit icon for EngageBay configuration.
  • Enter EngageBay username and password to connect with EngageBay.
  • Select configuration to sync customers, orders, web popups and save.

Sync All Your Customer Data For Optimum Results

With the EngageBay-OpenCart integration, Each time that a customer is registered or when any customer information is updated in the store, the customer details are automatically synced to EngageBay as a contact. The default address used will be added as an address to EngageBay Contacts. Use the tag ‘openCart’ to identify the customers of your store in EngageBay.

Every time that a customer places an order from your store, the order details are automatically synced as a contact note in EngageBay with the EngageBay-OpenCart integration. All the products purchased by a customer can be visible as tags or in the product section of an EngageBay contact.
