Getting Started with OpenCart Integration

Configuration:

Unzip the compressed EngageBay OpenCart plugin folder. Copy the files into root folder.
Login as admin and Go to Extensions->Extensions.
Choose Modules from Extension type.
Click on the Edit icon for EngageBay configuration.
Enter EngageBay username and password to connect with EngageBay.
Select configuration to sync customers, orders, web popups and save.

Sync All Your Customer Data For Optimum Results

With the EngageBay-OpenCart integration, Each time that a customer is registered or when any customer information is updated in the store, the customer details are automatically synced to EngageBay as a contact. The default address used will be added as an address to EngageBay Contacts. Use the tag ‘openCart’ to identify the customers of your store in EngageBay.

Sync All Your Orders Data For Better Management

Every time that a customer places an order from your store, the order details are automatically synced as a contact note in EngageBay with the EngageBay-OpenCart integration. All the products purchased by a customer can be visible as tags or in the product section of an EngageBay contact.

Create Multiple CRM Users & Allot Specific Roles

With the EngageBay-OpenCart integration, the admin can create multiple CRM Users using that manage the leads assigned to them. Further, different User Roles can be assigned to different CRM User by the admin.
