Go to Preferences > Gadgets and locate VOX-CPaaS integration. Click on the Enable button and enter your Project ID and Auth Token and then choose your number.
You can make calls to your contact by clicking on the call option from contact details page. You can also select multiple contacts to make calls one by one using the call broadcast feature
You can also send SMS to your contacts from the contact details page. You can also try our bulk SMS and SMS broadcast feature.
