EngageBay Integration for BigCommerce

When you are logged in to the store admin area,
go to Apps -> Marketplace from the sidebar

Search for “EngageBay” in the Search bar. Click on EngageBay CRM and install the app by clicking on GET THIS APP.

Once your installation is complete, you are provided with a EngageBay Login Page.

Provide the EngageBay email and password to login. If you do not have an account in EngageBay, Please Sign Up from this link https://app.engagebay.com/signup

Once you are logged in, you are provided with the Configuration page.

The configuration page has few settings such as:

Sync Customers as contacts in EngageBay
Sync Orders in EngageBay
Enable Web Popups on your store
Sync All Customers
Sync All Orders

When Sync Customers as contacts in EngageBay está habilitado

Whenever a new user registers or creates an account in your store, the user details are synced into EngageBay as a new contact. A new tag “BigCommerce” is also created.

When a customer updates his/her profile information in BigCommerce account, accordingly the details get updated for a contact in EngageBay.

When Sync Orders in EngageBay is enabled and order placed:

If an order is not a guest order (i.e., from created account), the order details gets added to EngageBay with all the order details along with product names as tags for a contact.
- - Product names as Tags
- - Order details in Notes tab
- - Product info in Products tab
If an order is a guest order (with no account in BigCommerce), a new contact is created in EngageBay with billing email of the customer and order details gets updated to that contact.
Order Status updated accordingly gets reflected and added for EngageBay contact in Notes tab.

When Enable Web Popups on your store está habilitado

Web Popups from EngageBay are shown on all storefront pages for customer engagement.

Sync All Customers

This button is used to bulk sync all the existing customers of BigCommerce into EngageBay with all the customer details.
Once the bulk sync customers process is complete, you’ll be notified with an email.

Sync All Orders

This button is used to bulk sync all the existing orders of BigCommerce into EngageBay with all the order details and products.
Once the bulk sync orders process is complete, you’ll be notified with an email.
