Search and analyze your EngageBay CRM from Claude.
EngageBay is available in Claude’s connector directory — add it in a couple of clicks and ask questions about your CRM in plain language. The EngageBay MCP server provides 19 tools for finding, counting and reading contacts, companies, deals, products, tasks and appointments, and for creating and updating them — products are read only.
Claude calls the tools for you, always within the permissions granted to your connection, so it can look up a contact, count deals in a pipeline stage or add a follow-up task without you leaving the conversation.
How to connect EngageBay to Claude
Sign in to Claude
Open claude.ai or Claude Desktop and sign in. Connectors are available on paid plans. On Team and Enterprise plans, an Owner enables EngageBay for the organization first in Organization settings → Connectors.
Find EngageBay in the directory
Go to Settings → Connectors, choose Add connector and browse the directory — or open the EngageBay listing directly.
Connect and sign in
Choose Connect. Claude opens EngageBay in your browser — sign in and approve access.
Turn it on in a chat
In any chat, click + → Connectors and switch EngageBay on. Then ask a question about your CRM.

Add the server from your terminal, then run /mcp inside Claude Code to sign in.

Frequently asked questions
Connectors are available on paid Claude plans. On Pro and Max you can add EngageBay yourself from Claude's connector directory. On Team and Enterprise plans an organization Owner enables it first, and members then connect with their own EngageBay login.
Only within the permissions you grant. Claude can create and update contacts, companies, deals, tasks and appointments when your connection has the matching write permission, and products are read only. It cannot delete anything — no EngageBay MCP tool deletes records, and no permission grants deletion.
