How to connect EngageBay to Gemini

1. Install Gemini CLI

   If you do not have it yet, install it with npm and sign in with your Google account the first time you run gemini.

   npm install -g @google/gemini-cli

2. Add the EngageBay server

   Run this command, or add the same entry to ~/.gemini/settings.json.

   gemini mcp add --transport http engagebay https://mcp.engagebay.com/mcp

3. Or edit settings.json

   If you prefer a config file, add the server under mcpServers.

4. Authenticate

   Start gemini and run /mcp auth engagebay. Sign in with your EngageBay account in the browser window that opens.

5. Verify and use it

   Run /mcp to confirm EngageBay is connected and see its tools, then ask about your CRM in plain language.
